Lock-off Unit – One queen bed, and one full sofa sleeper. Mini refrigerator, microwave, and small sink. Coffee pot and mugs, but no plates, glasses, or flatware. Small table with two chairs. Bath with Jacuzzi tub, shower, and hairdryer. Shared deck overlooking golf course. Satellite television, phone with voicemail, and DVD. Grill located at the end of the complex or at swimming pool

Outdoor pool with bath-house available during summer months. Grills available.

Access to private Beach Club – Beach, Clubhouse, Playground for Children, Park-style Charcoal Grills, Basketball Court, Shuffleboard, Horseshoes, Sand Volleyball Pit, Picnic Area. Guest Pass required from Vacation Club Front Desk.

Two Bedroom Premier Unit with 1200 sq. foot of living space includes both main and lock-off.

Main Unit – One king bed in bedroom. Master bath with shower and Jacuzzi tub. Full kitchen. Washer/Dryer, gas fireplace, deck overlooking golf course, full Murphy bed in dining area (table must be moved to use), dining for four, hairdryer. Satellite television, phone with voicemail.

Housekeeping

Vacation Club Owners please refer to your owner’s manual regarding housekeeping credits and purchasing. Guest staying for a full week will receive a mid-week spiff. A spiff includes garbage removal, changing bed linens and towels, running or unloading the dishwasher, and light vacuuming.

Each unit is supplied with a starter set of toilet paper, Kleenex, coffee/filter, SOS pad, paper towels, and hand soap. When this supply is depleted, you are responsible for any additional supplies needed during your stay.

*Laundry soap and salt/pepper are not provided.

Each unit is stocked with basic kitchen utensils, cooking accessories, and appliances. If you require specialty items for cooking and preparing food, please bring those items from home.

Reservations booked through RCI Points for less than seven consecutive days will require the following housekeeping charges: Lockoff (H4G) - $80, Main Unit (14H) - $99, Full 2 Bedroom (2GH) - $109 to be paid at check in to the resort. Guest checking in after the front desk has closed will be required to pay the housekeeping fee prior to arrival. Please call the front desk at 888-275-0100 with your payment information.

A $250 security deposit is required at check-in from all exchange guests. We accept Mastercard or VISA, cash, or check. Proper identification is required. Security deposit is returned after guest has vacated and housekeeping has checked the unit.
